We use modern high-speed jacquard looms based on traditional techniques. Since each customer’s pattern is unique, we select the optimal yarn combination to achieve the best pattern effect. The warp yarns are typically dyed polyester or pure cotton, while the weft yarns run horizontally on the loom, interlacing above and below the warp to create intricate patterns. With hundreds of ready-to-use warp and weft yarns in stock, combined with various yarn thickness options, we can produce a wide range of vibrant color combinations. Each pattern’s yarns are carefully chosen for our customers. The final woven blanket’s optical effect results from the interplay of warp and weft yarns, forming the original design. Upon close inspection of a finished area, you can distinguish the nearby yarn colors used to create localized color effects. When viewing the blanket, our eyes blend these yarn colors together, allowing us to “see” the intended design colors.
